​We are deeply sorry to announce that our upcoming sea swim event, Aquamoga 2026 (21st and 22nd February) has been rescheduled.

 

We know how much this event meant to so many of you, and we understand the disappointment and frustration this last-minute change may cause. Please know this decision was not taken lightly.

 

All standard permissions had been secured well in advance. However, additional directives specific to sea-based events were introduced recently, requiring further clearances and alignment among multiple coastal stakeholders. From that point onward, our team worked continuously with authorities and community representatives, exploring every possible option to safely and compliantly conduct the event.

 

Unfortunately, despite exhausting every avenue, it became clear only in the final stages that we would not be able to guarantee the safe and harmonious conduct of the event for all involved. At that point, postponement was the only responsible decision.

 

As organisers, swimmer safety and respect for all stakeholders are paramount. This decision was made with great reluctance, but with the firm belief that events of this nature must be conducted only when all conditions allow for a secure and positive experience for participants, volunteers and the wider coastal community.

 

We recognise the inconvenience, cost and emotional investment this may have caused, and we are truly sorry. Our team has already shared details regarding deferment and full refund options via email and official Whatsapp groups.

 

Thank you for your patience, understanding and continued support for sea swimming in Goa. We remain committed to coming back stronger, in a way that is safe, respectful and sustainable for all who share these waters.
